Job Description

We are now looking for an exceptional Agile Transformation expert, who have sold and helped organizations systemically improve their ability to deliver change at the pace they need to succeed. You should be highly experienced in operating model design, training and coaching teams to blend the right Agile, Lean, Design Thinking, Dev Ops and Kanban practices to address an organizations objectives.
By collaborating with your colleagues and providing leadership and coaching within Agile principles, you will manage some of our most exciting projects across our portfolio. Qualifications
Personal and professional qualities:

• Solid and relevant consulting experience
• Strong operational experience working Agile
• Exceptional interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with top-level stakeholders
• Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
• Experience in working on a highly strategic level managing complex assignments and bridging large IT programs
• Stakeholder management skills
• A desire to develop PA’s internal Agile Capability as well as working with our clients.
