Senior Agile Portfolio Manager
As Senior Agile Portfolio Manager you will be part of the European Transformation Group reporting to the Group Lead Europe. The Transformation Group EU is responsible for the processes, products and systems in the region Europe and will work closely with the markets to achieve goals:
The Senior Agile Portfolio Managers function is a role with many stakeholders being involved and with a wide scope. This makes the role complex and challenging. The Senior Agile Portfolio Manager is a seasoned business lead who can navigate and influence. Identifying and maintaining the comprehensive overview and being able to zoom-in (meanwhile not losing the bigger picture) is essential for success in this position. The scope of the portfolio is complex and large.

- Deliver new strategic capabilities aligned with strategic priorities
- Improve and Standardize processes, products, data, and technology
- Ensure Business Continuity
- Lifecycle Management, Information Security, regulatory compliance

Day to day:
- Maintain and further improve EU Portfolio Governance
- Execute Strategic Portfolio management activities:
- Strategic Planning
- Maintain Portfolio Flow (Intake process, Agile Rituals, etc.)
- Monitor Portfolio Performance (progress and financial)
- Risk management on portfolio level
- Manage stakeholders and report on Portfolio Performance
- Facilitate Agile Rituals for Group: EU TG QBR, Group stand-up, Group Planning and Group Retrospectives.
- Communicate Portfolio Strategy to key stakeholders in close collaboration with EU Transformation Leadership (Group Triangle and Area Triangles)
- Support Group Triangle and Area Triangles to maintain a complete, accurate backlog for Strategic Portfolio Management and Delivery Management (Azure Dev Ops).
- Partner with EU Operation Managers, EU MT Members, and corporate functions to ensure proper intake of new initiatives (Intake Forms, internal alignment, lean business cases, application WSFJ method for priority setting, etc.).
- The Senior Agile Portfolio Manager has influencing power on all management levels (EU MT, Group Triangle and Area Triangles) on governance, new initiatives, plans, and budgeting. The formal decision power remains with the Group Lead, or Area Lead or any Corporate function (depending on the subject).
- Owner of an initiative for a certain initiative required on Group or Area level to drive and coordinate execution.
- Two working days per year volunteering for a local charity.

Essentials:
- Proven experience in managing effective governance and related portfolios in a scaled agile framework and / or other agile delivery model.
- Expertise in overseeing the bigger picture (portfolio and budget of >EUR 30M)
- Proven experience in facilitating planning meetings (150+ participants) and quarterly business review meetings.
- Ability to build relationships and work collaboratively.
- Able to communicate to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Good interpersonal and verbal and non-verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work with a collaborative approach and build trust with others.
- Experience working in a geographically distributed and culturally diverse workgroup.
- Experience with operational processes and navigating compliance, privacy, risk, legal, and information security issues.
- Experience working in an international environment.
- Experience working within a Scaled Agile Framework (e.g. SAFe) and with or knowledge of the Simplify@Scale framework (a.k.a. the Spotify model).
