Operations Intern

Day to day:
This unique internship consists of a wide range of tasks from technology implementation to reporting and business administration. Your key responsibilities will be:

• Technology implementation: collaborate on the development, testing and implementation of new technological solutions for the Global Legal domain;
• Reporting and analysis: assist in developing and maintaining reports in Power BI;
• User management: support handling the onboarding and offboarding of users;
• System Performance Monitoring: regularly assess system performance (including Share Point and Power BI), conduct data quality checks, and propose upgrades and enhancements.

Essentials:

• Bachelor student in Business Administration, Business Information Management, Business Analytics, Business IT or similar;
• Tech-savvy, analytical oriented and have critical thinking skills;
• Working co-operatively and productively across the teams to share information and knowledge appropriately;
• Have great communication skills in English, both written and verbally;
• Proficiency with business applications such as MS Office 365 suite of tools and Share Point knowledge is a plus.

Extras:

• Experience with Power BI and / or other dashboarding tools;
• Positive, innovative and enthusiastic;
• Good teamwork skills;
• Proactive.

Compensations:
The internship will start in February. You will receive an internship allowance of €350 - €500 gross per month, based on your educational level and 38 hours a week. If you work less, this amount will be prorated.
