IT Delivery Manager – Commercial Finance

As an IT Delivery Manager, you will independently manage a Global IT Delivery Team, focusing on the continuity and continual development of services and applications related to the Commercial Finance domain. You will carefully balance People, Process, and Technology to establish seamless solutions.
Your portfolio includes various IT Applications, including Portals, Mid-office, and Back-office systems using a variety of technologies. You will manage these through the entire technical lifecycle of the service, from initiation and implementation through maintenance and support.
You will work with a multi-disciplinary IT team, mentoring and coaching them in their development and handling HR responsibilities. You will achieve this by effectively collaborating with key Business and IT stakeholders, such as fellow IT Delivery Managers, and staff departments like Architecture, Privacy, Global Information Security, and other teams when needed.
You will act as the Group IT Lead responsible for participation in the Group Triangle, in conjunction with the Commercial Finance Group lead and Lead Architect. The IT Group Lead contributes to a strategic and consistent roadmap for the Group and Areas, creates awesome teams that continuously improve with individuals that keep developing themselves and others, and guards the quality of IT within the group, but also across DLL.

Day to day:
- Agile Dev Ops: Responsible for delivering a comprehensive portfolio of global, impactful, innovative, and reliable applications using Agile Dev Ops Methodology.
- Team Leadership: Enable, coach, and direct your team to deliver innovation and service execution excellence, including permanent regulatory compliance.
- Business/Client Interaction: Align with the business product owner and architecture lead in the Commercial Finance domain to define strategy and translate it into service roadmaps to be implemented by your team. Ensure that business stakeholder satisfaction is achieved and sustained.
- Service Delivery: Ensure that IT services meet the needs of the business and are delivered in a timely and efficient manner. Establish appropriate measurement systems and indicators to enable effective management of service delivery, innovation, and communication with stakeholders, customers, and team members.
- Budget Management: Oversee substantial (4M Euro+) budgets, actively managing development costs and continually demonstrating value for money.
- IT Leadership: Influence and align with other IT functions and corporate service leaders to ensure effectiveness and efficiency, including governance, enterprise architecture, security, vendor management, procurement, finance, and others.
- Vendor Management: identify and manage strategic suppliers, leveraging opportunities for innovative services, partnerships, and value.
- Performance Monitoring: Track and report on the performance of IT services, identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary changes.
- Compliance: Ensure all IT services comply with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies, including Privacy and Security.

Essentials:
- A bachelor or equivalent degree in a relevant field (IT, engineering, business information systems)
- 5+ years of experience leading the delivery of IT applications to a global customer base, using recognized ITSM methods, in a regulated industry
- Experience applying and leading initiatives based on various frameworks amongst other Agile ways of working
- Business communication, influencing & negotiation skills of a high order
- Strategic, Tactical and operational culture management, including experience leading distributed multi-cultural/trans-national teams and service transformations
- Service strategy development and implementation skills
- Passionate about automation and
- Continuous improvement of service delivery with security DNA
