In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

• Support the appropriate level of service for specified Area/sites ensuring the utilization of Hardware, Software and Communication Systems are consistent with the Global IT strategy.
• Support and maintain the IT Infrastructure asset management – including hardware lifecycle management and software licensing;
• Manage system and data access in collaboration with Service Desk;
• Update and maintain relevant IT documentation;
• Ensure optimum support for end-users at all times within agreed service levels.

• A degree in Information Technology or equivalent experience
• Affinity and experience in IT paired with experience in a customer focused role, ensuring customer happiness
• English and Dutch language proficiency
• Driving license

Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:

• Several years of relevant experience within a complex environment, offering support on IT infrastructure
• Working experience with Windows OS 10, IP networking administration services, security and compliance tools
