Within the Engineering cluster the software engineering department is responsible for the development of combat and information management systems for navy ships, integration with sensor- and weapon systems as well as the development of sensor processing applications. These complex systems are used world-wide by selected partners to protect and because we believe every person on this earth has the right to be safe. Our software is the heart of the systems used in critical situations where lives are at stake.

Agile Coach / Chief Scrum Master

About the job
Are you passionate about driving organizational transformation and empowering teams to reach their full potential? As an Agile Coach / Chief Scrum Master you have a critical role in further developing and fostering the Agile mindset and skillset within the software department, together with a team of Scrum Masters. These teams develop software for both optical and radar sensors. We work in a scaled Agile environment.
As an Agile coach you will be leading change and focus on delivering results. Together with Scrum Masters you make sure the teams are performing at their best, grow in their Agile way of working and you enable cross-team collaboration.

As Agile Coach / Chief Scrum Master you have in depth experience and proven track record with the Agile principles and how to guide and implement scaled Agile frameworks. You act as a mentor/coach to the Scrum Masters and are able to connect to managers to build an environment where teams take ownership of their performance and growth. You are a facilitator, act pro-active and react on changing circumstances.

Relevant Experiences:

• You are an experienced Coach and Scrum Master. Driven and result oriented. You have experience in:
• Agile Methodologies: Deep understanding of and experience with Large-Scale Agile frameworks, including roles, events, and artifacts.
• Data Analysis: Ability to analyze and interpret data with focus on value driven approach.
• Facilitation: Skill in facilitating meetings, workshops, and discussions to foster collaboration, problem-solving and promote continuous improvement.
• Coaching: Coach and develop teams and product owners in self-organization.
