Tasks Public Area Attendant
● Cleaning all public areas, including restaurant and toilet rooms
● Keeping furniture and sanitary facilities clean
● Replenishing service items
If you're interested in working more than 5 hours a day, we have additional tasks available, like:
● Receiving and distributing linen in containers
● and occasionally cleaning rooms
You work an average 20 - 25 hours per week from Monday to Sunday. Your working days are between 05:00 a.m. and 10:00 a.m. You will receive the timetable from your manager one month before the start of the working week.

The first contract is for 7 months; The second contract is 7 months or Fixed contract; choice made by the company ; The 3rd contract could be for 5 Months or a Fixed contract. The first contract contains a probation period of a Month.
The hourly Rates as of 01/07/2024 are as follows:
● 1 year of experience is €14,15
● 2 years of experience is €14,68
● 3 years of experience is €15,12
● 4 years of experience is €15,60
The mentioned Rates above are Bruto
● You receive an 8% holiday allowance on top of your salary.
● You get 26 paid holiday days per year based on full-time worked hours and 10% of the worked hours if you work part-time.
● End-of-year allowance; If you have been employed for more than six months, you will receive an end-of-year allowance of 5% based on your gross salary
● You get your salary every 4 weeks (13 salaries per year)
● From the first day of work we pay fees for your pension build up (10%)
● You will be contracted directly by us, not via a work agency or via hotel. Our CAO brings you better work conditions and a higher hourly rate
Job requirements
● You need to live within a radius of 30km from Amsterdam
● Flexible in work days and hours
● Non-EU citizens: permission to work in the Netherlands is required.
● Non-EU citizens: we can’t help with your visa or housing.
● Contract duration 7 months
