Job Description: We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Auction Photographer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for capturing high-quality images of auction items, including antiques, collectibles, fine art, and various household goods. These images will be used for online listings, marketing materials, and catalogs.
Responsibilities:

• Photograph auction items in gallery or on-location settings, ensuring accurate representation of the items.
• Edit and retouch photos to meet quality standards and maintain consistency across listings.
• Collaborate with the auction team to schedule and prioritize photography sessions.
• Maintain and organize a digital archive of images for easy access and reference.
• Assist in setting up and arranging items for photography to highlight key features and details.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in photography and auction marketing.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a photographer, preferably in an auction house or similar setting.
• Proficiency in using professional photography equipment and editing software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom).
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to capture the unique characteristics of each item.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of auction processes and a passion for antiques and collectibles is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 38 per week
