Job description
No day is the same. In Hotel Utrecht we have multiple bars. So tonight you are serving a gathering of 600 business guests, tomorrow you are working at the hotelbar shaking cocktails and the day after you are preparing the drinks in our restaurantbar. You are not only preparing the drinks for our guests, you're also entertaining our guests while doing so.
And you also:
+ prepare all sorts of drinks
+ get creative with the presentation of drinks and new drink menus.
+ supply the bars
+ welcome our guests in a comfortable ambiance
+ mise-en-place
+ keep your workplace and the surrounding areas clean.
+ believe teamwork makes the dream work
