Kitchen & Bar is full of local energy and international characters from breakfast through to lunch, and dinner. Relax and unwind with a great selection of beers, wines, and cocktails from the bar area. The restaurant offers a wide selection of seating areas ranging from more private tables next to the fireplace, or larger tables for groups of friends and colleagues. Our restaurant is designed for the entire family. Sports fans will appreciate the three large TVs, where they follow major sporting competitions. We are particularly well suited to family brunches and small parties.
As a bartender, your main responsibilities are:
- Prepare alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages for bar and restaurants guests.
- Interact with customers, take their orders, and serve snacks and drinks.
- Assess customers’ needs and preferences and make recommendations.
- Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails.
- Plan and present bar menu
- Check costumer’s identification and confirm it meets legal drinking age.
- Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies.
- Stay focused and nurture an excellent guest experience.
- Comply with all food and beverages regulations and maintain the HACCP health hazards and Social Hygiene violations.
- Act like the host of the bar and restaurant and follow the company procedures.
- Answer incoming phone calls.
- Maintain cleanliness of the fridge’s, dishes and overall bar and restaurants furniture.
- Always helping and supporting the F&B team if needed or asked.

- EU- National
- A valid residence and working permit for the Netherlands is required
- English speaking: Dutch is not mandatory
- Willing to work different shifts, including weekends & holidays
- Salary range according to Horeca CAO
