About this vacancy

You will collaborate closely with various stakeholders to translate business goals into actionable plans and improvement initiatives. Your analytical skills and understanding of business models will allow you to make strategic recommendations that drive innovation and efficiency.

• Collect, analyze, and interpret business data and processes.
• Identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies within the organization and propose solutions.
• Translate business needs into functional and technical requirements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, including IT teams, project managers, and clients, to achieve strategic objectives.
• Prepare detailed reports and presentations based on analyses and findings.
• Support the implementation of business solutions and monitor progress.

What we expect from you

• A bachelor’s or master’s degree, preferably in Data Science or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in a similar role.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong ability to translate data into actionable business insights.
• Experience in process improvement and change management is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills, both in Dutch and English.
• Experience with tools like Excel, Power BI, and other data analysis tools.
