About the role:
As a Business Support Officer, you will be the lynchpin in supporting our internal processes, with a strong focus on HR, Finance and reporting. You will ensure that administrative and organizational matters run smoothly, allowing our team to focus on their core activities.
Your work will involve:
- Support HR processes such as managing personnel files, and payroll, and coordinating recruitment and selection procedures.
- Assist with financial tasks including invoicing, accounts payable and receivable management, and preparation of financial reports.
- Prepare and analyze business reports and KPIs to support management.
- Coordinate and manage administrative processes, such as contracts and archiving key business documents.
- Assist in preparing audits and ensuring compliance with internal procedures and laws and regulations.
- Manage management agendas and organize internal meetings.
- Contribute to the optimization of internal processes and practices to increase efficiency.
- You have at least a completed HBO / MBO education, or preferably in an administrative, finance or HR-related field experience.
- You have experience with administrative support in the field of HR, finance or business operations.
- You are very accurate, structured and have good numerical insight.
- Good command of the Dutch and English language, both oral and written.
- Experience with accounting software and MS Office, especially Excel, is a plus.
- You are proactive, solution-oriented and have a keen eye for detail.
- You handle confidential information well and work with discretion.
