Business/Area Development Manager

As the Business/Area Development Manager at Hoza (part of the Rotom Group), you’ll have the unique opportunity to build a market in Scandinavia and take full credit for its growth.
You will be at the forefront of developing our B2B customer base by offering customer specific solutions (new or existing developments), standardized products, maintenance/repair contracts, and rental services. With a small but growing clientele in Scandinavia, the opportunity is wide open for you to grow revenue and make a lasting impact.
Your key responsibilities are:
- Lead business development and acquisition efforts to expand our customer base in Scandinavia.
- Promote Hoza’s products and services to new customers, building long-term relationships.
- Drive sales efforts to meet and exceed revenue targets.
As an experienced Business/Area development Manager (or "hunter," if you prefer), you have a deep understanding of how to successfully enter new markets and create value. With your knowledge of current trends and market developments, you're always ready to grab new opportunities. Your proven track record reflects a results-oriented approach, where your proactive mindset drives you to identify new prospects, negotiate outstanding deals, and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction (all while consistently achieving your sales targets).
In this remote position, your ability to work independently is crucial. Equally important is your communication and collaboration with project teams and fellow Business/Area development managers across the different regions.

What will you bring?
- Bachelor degree of applied science (preferably related to economics).
- Living in Sweden.
- A minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar B2B sales function, preferable within the production or logistics sector.
- A proven track record in achieving sales targets and generating new businesses.
- You speak fluent English and Swedish (other Nordic languages are considered a big plus).
- Understanding of the logistical sector and the ability to understand and solve difficult logistical problems of our clients.
