The Cluster Group, Meetings & Events team is looking for a Cluster GME Sales Executive!
Are you the proactive and detail-oriented Sales Executive that would like to reinforce our Cluster Group, Meetings & Events team? Then we are looking for your talent! For our Cluster Group, Meetings & Events department, we are looking for a sales-oriented and hands-on Sales Executive with superb communication skills. As a Cluster Groups, Conference & Events Sales Executive, you will report to the Cluster Groups, Meetings & Events Manager, Cluster Groups, Meetings & Events Assistant Manager, and Cluster Groups, Meetings & Events Supervisor.
What will I be doing?
As a Cluster Groups, Meetings & Events Sales Executive, you are involved in:
Responsible for selling Groups and Events for cluster properties Hilton The Hague, Hilton Rotterdam, and Doubletree Royal Parc Soestduinen.

As a Cluster Groups, Conference & Events Sales Executive, you will report to the Cluster Groups, Meetings & Events Manager, Cluster Groups, Meetings & Events Assistant Manager, and Cluster Groups, Meetings & Events Supervisor.
What will I be doing?
As a Cluster Groups, Meetings & Events Sales Executive, you are involved in:
Responsible for selling Groups and Events for cluster properties Hilton The Hague, Hilton Rotterdam, and Doubletree Royal Parc Soestduinen.
- Handling the Groups and Event selling process until the contract stage.
- Being responsible for the communication and active follow-up with the guest.
- Ensuring a smooth handover of the contracted groups.
- Creating opportunities to maximize revenue and add value to the booking.
- Facilitating appointments and site inspections with the guests if needed.
- Ensuring clear and detailed communication with the involved departments.
- Participating proactively in selling activities such as Bring Back Old Business, key prospects, Sales Blitz Days.
- Consistently updating the information in the system.
- Conducting after-sales conversations to get feedback on the event experience of the client and identify future business potential.
- Enjoyment in supporting the operational departments in the implementation of events if necessary.
- A commercial mindset with strong sales, administrative, and organizational capabilities.
- A positive mindset and strong communication skills.
- Commitment to providing high-level service.
- Fluency in English; Dutch is an advantage.
- Experience on the job for 1-2 years in another property.
- Knowledge of the hotel property management systems such as Delphi Fdc, On Q R&I, and On Q PM.
- Previous working experience within Hilton Worldwide hotels is an advantage.
- Degree in a related field.
