Your job

As a Content Manager at Tikkie, you'll collaborate with diverse teams to oversee content across our web and app channels. Your days will be filled with crafting engaging messages, coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring our brand voice resonates throughout all communications. Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive communication strategy aligned with Tikkie's organizational goals
• Establish and maintain the company's tone of voice across all platforms and content types
• Analyze content performance metrics and adjust strategies accordingly
• Collaborate with various departments to ensure consistent messaging and branding
• Craft and produce high-quality, engaging content for diverse channels (including website, social media, and newsletters)
• Manage the content calendar and ensure timely delivery of all content

Requirements:

• You have a bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field
• You have proven experience in content management and strategy development
• Fluent in both Dutch and English, with excellent written and spoken skills. (Primary content creation will be in Dutch)
• You possess excellent writing and editing skills with a keen eye for detail
• You have a strong understanding of SEO principles and content marketing best practices
• You are able to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• You demonstrate creative thinking and problem-solving skills
• You have strong interpersonal and communication skills
