We are looking for a Cook for one of our restaurants in Amsterdam.
We are Sagardi Group, leaders in the hospitality sector and with an international reference project, initially specialized in Basque cuisine and now also diversified in other gastronomic concepts.

● You have adaptability, leadership and decision making skills.

What are you going to do in Sagardi?
● Maintain the quality of daily production and mise-en-place.
● Manage inventory and utilize the FIFO system effectively.
● Follow the established HACCP process and adhere to safety and hygiene standards.
● Maintain and organize the kitchen and workspace.
● Execute all tasks assigned by the head chef.
● Provide service within the required timeframes.
You will be a "top" candidate if in addition:
● You have full time availability to work split shift (38h/w).
● Experience as an à la carte cook in a restaurant is highly valued, minimum 1 year.
● Ability to manage a station (mise-en-place and service).
● Authorization to work in the Netherlands or EU nationality
● Possibility of national and/or international mobility is valued.
