Customer Journey Expert – Long-Term – Amsterdam, Hybrid

Levy Professionals is currently looking for customer journey expert with strong experience in E2E payments lifecycle and order management for one of the largest financial institutions in the Netherlands. As part of the efforts to build new and existing order management functions and capabilities in the company’s payments and settlement services, you will be joining the team to help improve the business’ value proposition.
Responsibilities
As a Customer Journey Expert, you will be focusing on managing and setting requirements from a business perspective for a new market standard in Payments and non-IT delivery (COPAF). Your key responsibilities will include:
- Increase order management capabilities by developing and improving new and existing functions to support the migration and onboarding of new clients on the platform,
- Gather business requirements and manage these requirements with the various development teams to represent the voice of the customers and focus on continuously improving the journey offered,
- Support COPAF deliveries by organizing documented approvals from Risk, Legal, and compliance departments for controlled go-lives and other documented processes and instructions,
Who are you?
- 5+ years of experience as a business analyst and/or project manager in the financial field,
- Expertise in E2E payments lifecycle (from initiation to reporting/reconciliation) and payments standards (SEPA, ISO 20022 for MX and SWIFT, PSD regulation, etc),
- Experience in business process analysis and modelling, technical implementation and integration support (business verifications), test support,
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
