Lenntech is a Water Treatment Company with almost 30 years of experience in the sector, serving customers in all the regions around the world. We can supply products, systems, engineering, technologies, and solutions to several industries while we work in a very international ambient with colleagues from more than 15 nationalities. Currently, we are looking for an enthusiastic new person to join the Customer Service team to support the growth of the department. If you are available to join us, please consider the following minimum requirements:
· Excellent verbal and written communication in English and a good level in another language
· Proficiency in MS office (Outlook, Excel, Power Point)
· Experience using customer relationship management (CRM) software
· Proven working experience (2+ years) in Customer Service in an international environment
· Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize, and adapt in a fast-paced environment
· Problem-solving ability and a hands-on mentality
· Customer-focused and service oriented
· Availability to work a minimum of 25 hours per week
· Based in The Netherlands (Delft area) with plans to stay in the country for a long time
Your activities:
· Assist the sales team with administrative tasks such as processing sales orders, purchasing orders, and preparing documents for shipments.
· Purchase of products requested by customers and constant communication with suppliers
· Provide timely and accurate information to customers regarding products and order status
· Internal communication with the entire team (Customer Service, Sales, Warehouse, Finance) controlling that the process with each order is carried out properly
· Resolving customer complaints and consequently communicating with all the parties involved to find effective solutions
