Your job
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze and understand business needs, translating them into comprehensive data models.
- Conduct detailed analysis on various data sources to derive insightful requirements and develop conceptual/business data models.
- Utilize centrally provided data management processes to set up definitions and metadata, ensuring consistent data understanding.
- Define and refine requirements for logical and physical data models, working closely with data engineers to ensure accurate implementation.
- Provide input (e.g., parts of the code) for data engineers and review their delivery to ensure alignment with business requirements.
- Evaluate and improve data models related to Customer & Party domains, ensuring continuous enhancement and optimization.
- Map data entities into their respective tables, adding necessary database constraints, rules, partitions, and programmatical features.
- Ensure the accuracy and alignment between physical and logical data models, verifying database structures.
- Proactively seek opportunities to enhance team processes and data quality, safeguarding data integrity.
- Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams, fostering a culture of teamwork and continuous improvement.
- Keep the bigger picture in mind to ensure that data products serve as many use cases as possible, maintaining a strong foundation for data solutions.
Working environment
Customer Data Solutions (CDS) is a critical unit responsible for overseeing generic customer processes and all customer and relationship data (Customer and Party data). This data is made available to all authorized internal stakeholders and external parties via so-called data products. CDS data office consists of 4 teams; BI & Data analytics, Customer & Party Data Products (this role), Data Enablement and Customer & Party Golden Data Team
The team Customer & Party Data Products
We are a new team in development. From mid 2024, we have been responsible for delivering Data Products. We deliver the actual products, help with solving complex data issues related to Customer Data, and act as advisors.

Your profile
- Proven experience in data modeling with tools such as Erwin or similar.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate business needs into data model requirements.
- Knowledge of conceptual, logical, and physical data models, as well as database management systems.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.
- Ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary teams, promoting collaboration at all levels.
We are offering
- The gross monthly salary shown at the top of the page is based on a 36-hour working week, including holiday pay and benefit budget.
- The benefit budget is 11% of your salary. If you do not make any purchases or reservations in the Benefit Shop in a month, you will be paid one-twelfth of your benefit budget for that month.
- Five weeks' holiday per year. You have the option to purchase four additional weeks per year.
- Personal Development Budget of € 1,000 per year. You can save this amount up to €3,000.
- Possibility to work from home (in consultation with your team and depending on your position).
- An annual public transport subscription with free public transport throughout the Netherlands.
