The Challenge

We are looking for a Digital Content Marketeer

You feel the passion for contributing to the further growth and optimization of our organization and to the realization of Stamicarbon’s challenging ambitions. Therefore, you feel challenged to further professionalize the digital content marketing within our organization.

To be the initiator and driver in taking Stamicarbon’s activities into an online interactive environment. You manage the face of the company and you design and maintain the online marketing tools and interface for Stamicarbon, covering:

• Creative design
• Content creation
• Content Management, including
• Campaign development and execution
• Communication initiatives.

Profound knowledge of Drupal, Microsoft Dynamics, GDPR, security protocols (such as DMARC, DKIM, SPF) and creative tools (such as Indesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Adobe XP and Adobe Premiere) is preferred.

Your key areas of responsibility are to:

• Develop, implement and maintain content for our digital marketing tools such as our (Drupal) website, podcasts, webinars and e-mailings;
• Support and maintain relevant Online Marketing KPIs and performance analysis;
• Support and maintain the digital marketing strategy, including the use of social media and SEO;
• Keep track of online marketing trends and inform the marketing team;
• Pro-active in the provision of analysis to support business decision;
• Incorporate digital marketing as an integral part to all marketing initiatives;
• Surveillance of the data protection on our web and servers in compliance with the GDPR/AVG data protection regulation laws;
• Enrich our customer profiles intelligence with digital information;
• Support activities and objectives within Maire Group;
• Facilitate Consumer Relationship Marketing objectives e.g. enhance consumer data collection/profile updates, support 1:1 communications and effectively engage consumers;
• Liaise both internally and externally to provide viewer attraction and support call to action programs.

The Candidate

You have a Bachelor degree and at least 5 years of experience in a marketing position, preferably in an international, technical, industrial environment. You have attention for details. You’re accurate, proactive, creative and open to change. You have an excellent command in English both spoken and written.
