Your Role
Robert Bosch Investment Nederland B.V. is seeking an Export Control Compliance Officer for the Benelux region, based in Boxtel, the Netherlands. In this role, you will ensure compliance with international export control laws and Bosch policies, while implementing and managing compliance processes tailored to the Benelux region. You will also support our local business activities and monitor regulatory changes to ensure smooth and lawful operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Join our international team as an Export Control Compliance Specialist for the Benelux region, with responsibility for ensuring compliance with global and regional export control regulations. In this role, you will:

• Ensure compliance with global export control regulations and Bosch's internal policies across the Benelux region.
• Implement and monitor Global Standards and Procedures within the assigned area of responsibility.
• Serve as an expert consultant on export control matters to internal stakeholders and act as the key contact for selected divisions.
• Conduct and oversee internal and external export control audits, ensuring timely reporting and adherence to regulations.
• Stay updated on changes in national and international export control laws and communicate relevant updates to internal teams.
• Review and approve business models and individual transactions to mitigate circumvention risks and ensure compliance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate export control standards into daily operations.

Qualifications

• Education: University degree in business administration, business law, or a related field.
• Experience: 2-5 years of professional experience in export control, foreign trade, or international trade compliance.
• Skills:
  • Strong knowledge of export control regulations and foreign trade.
  • Experience with ERP systems and IT tools (Office, SAP).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative, team-oriented mindset.
  • Structured, quality-oriented, and results-focused work style with strong analytical abilities.
• Languages: Fluency in both Dutch and English (written and spoken) is mandatory.
