Job Description
Your Role
Robert Bosch Investment Nederland B.V. is seeking an Export Control Compliance Manager for the Benelux region, based in Boxtel, the Netherlands. In this role, you will ensure compliance with international export control laws and Bosch policies, while implementing and managing compliance processes tailored to the Benelux region. You will also support our local business activities and monitor regulatory changes to ensure smooth and lawful operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Join our international team as an Export Control Compliance Manager for the Benelux region, with responsibility for ensuring compliance with global and regional export control regulations. In this role, you will:
- Ensure the implementation and monitoring of global standards and procedures across the Benelux region.
- Provide consultation on export control matters, serving as the key contact for divisions in the region.
- Manage internal and external audits related to export compliance.
- Monitor and assess changes in national export control laws, adapting company processes accordingly.
- Oversee the review and approval of business models and transactions with a focus on preventing circumvention.
Qualifications
- Education: University degree in business administration, law, or a related field.
- Experience: At least 5+ years of hands-on experience in export controls and foreign trade, particularly within the Benelux region.
- Knowledge: Strong knowledge of ERP systems and IT proficiency (Office, SAP).
- Personality and Working Style: Assertive, reliable, with strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team and manage complex compliance requirements with a results-oriented, analytical approach.
- Languages: Fluency in both Dutch and English (written and spoken) is mandatory.
