About this vacancy
Als Finance Manager ben je verantwoordelijk voor het financiële beheer van de organisatie en rapporteer je direct aan het bestuur. Je werkt nauw samen met andere afdelingen en stakeholders om de financiële gezondheid van onze organisatie te waarborgen.- Financieel beheer: Verantwoordelijk voor de maand-, kwartaal- en jaarafsluitingen, balansposten, rapportages en analyses van de financiële resultaten van de Nederlandse entiteiten.
- Verloning: Het berekenen van variabele belonging voor onze business managers en celdirectie.
- Budgettering en forecast: Opstellen en monitoren van budgetten, financiële prognoses en het adviseren van het management op basis van financiële inzichten.
- Cashflowbeheer: Bewaken van de kasstromen, zorgen voor tijdige betalingen van crediteuren en het optimaliseren van de liquiditeit.
- Procesoptimalisatie: Identificeren en implementeren van verbeteringen in financiële processen, systemen en controles om de efficiëntie te verhogen.
- Compliance: Zorgdragen voor naleving van wet- en regelgeving zoals het voorbereiden van BTW- en VPB aangiftes, verzekeringen en het indienen van overige rapportages.
- Teamleiding: Aansturen van administratief medewerkers en assistant-controllers en zorgen voor de professionele ontwikkeling van je teamleden.
What we expect from you
- Proactief: Je neemt verantwoordelijkheid en hebt een hands-on mentaliteit. Je hebt het vermogen om zelfstandig te werken en knelpunten in processen te signaleren en op te lossen.
- Ervaring: Minimaal 5 jaar ervaring in een financiële (leidinggevende) functie. Kennis van Afas is een pré.
- Opleiding: Een afgeronde opleiding op hbo- of wo-niveau in de richting van Finance, Bedrijfseconomie of vergelijkbaar.
- Kennis: Sterke kennis van financiële verslaglegging, management accounting, belastingwetgeving en rapportagevereisten.
- Analytisch vermogen: Je hebt sterke analytische vaardigheden en bent in staat om financiële gegevens te vertalen naar begrijpelijke en strategische inzichten. Hierbij maak je gebruik van o.a. Power BI en een CPM-tool.
- Communicatieve vaardigheden: Je beschikt over uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden in Nederlands en Engels en kunt helder en overtuigend rapporteren aan het management en andere stakeholders.
- Drive: Daarnaast bezit je over een gezonde arbeidsethos en ben je met jouw ambitie bereid om voor the extra mile te gaan.
