Job Description
Ready to make an impact and drive change? As our Global Category Value Optimization Program Manager, you'll be at the forefront of strategic, holistic savings programs. Working closely with global category teams, you'll lead programs that deliver significant value.

What You’ll Do:
- Lead and Align: Develop and align an 18-month plan for Value Optimization by category.
- Coordinate Delivery: Manage the delivery of various Value Optimization Programs.
- Scope Projects: Turn ideas into actionable projects, ready for kick-off.
- Report and Facilitate: Oversee reporting and facilitate activities that generate new productivity opportunities.

Qualifications
Qualifications:

Education: University Degree (MSc)
Experience: At least 8 years in program/project management, preferably in FMCG, and experience in complex, international environments.
Skills: Strong communication, facilitation, and project management skills.
Language: Fluent in English.
Flexibility: Willingness to travel (APAC, EU).
