The aim of Ferrovial Corporation is to design the Company's strategy, establishing global policies, guidelines and action guides related to the different functional areas of the Organization (Internal Audit, Finance, Human Resources, Legal, IT, Innovation, etc.), which subsequently are developed and adapted to the specificities of each Business Unit. Additionally, it performs a function of providing corporate services to the different companies of the group, while consolidating its information.

Job Description:

We are looking for our Headquarters based in Amsterdam an HR Manager who will join the HR Department, reporting to the HR Director.

Main functions:

• Own and manage the relationships with internal stakeholders as employees, Directors and Executive Committee based in Amsterdam.
• Be an advisor for Directors and employees, supporting organizational/cultural changes and providing HR guidance.
• Serve as a liaison between Madrid and Amsterdam offices, ensuring employees' engagement and involvement in all HR processes and activities.
• Maintain a strong focus on employee relations, performance management, engagement and retention activities, including an understanding of compensation and benefits and development activity.
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees.
• Manage recruitment needs to support the growth of the business. This also includes maintain job descriptions and be updated with new positions within the organization.
• Support and develop managers in driving a performance culture facilitating talent assessments and succession planning meetings.
• Support the design and delivery of appropriate training and development programs.
• Coordinate and organize internal communication regarding HR processes (performance evaluation, learning courses, etc).
• Participate in the annual talent review process and calibration meetings and individual development plans management, especially for critical talent

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree. Master in Human Resources will be a plus.
• Relevant HR experience as an HR Business Partner or Co E leader with a large, global, and matrixed organization. Experience of working across different countries highly desirable.
• At least 5 years of experience with a similar role, preferably in multinational companies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Fluent English and Spanish. Dutch will be desirable
