We are looking for a Product owner for our group Inriver PIM system, based in our Netherlands location.
Inriver PIM Product owner
As Inriver PIM Product owner, you oversee the administration, configuration, and continuous improvement of our Inriver PIM system. You will play an essential role in managing and optimizing the Inriver PIM platform to ensure seamless product information management, data integrity, and operational efficiency across our organization. You recognize that different stakeholders have different needs, and you incorporate them in our process and PIM.
Key Responsibilities:
· Ensure the smooth operation of the Inriver PIM system, including configuration, maintenance, upgrades, and troubleshooting.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams in our different locations (e-commerce, marketing, data, IT, etc.) to continuously optimize product data workflows, business processes, and integration with other systems (ERP, e-commerce platforms, data pools etc.).
· Provide day-to-day support to internal users, including troubleshooting issues, answering queries, and providing training to teams on best practices.
· Work closely with IT and third-party vendors to ensure smooth integration of Inriver PIM with other enterprise systems (e.g., i Paa S, translation solutions, e-commerce platforms).
· Lead PIM-related projects, including new feature implementation (e.g. AI functionality), upgrades, and system enhancements, ensuring timelines and business objectives are met.
· Contribute to cross-functional projects such as the Digital Product Passport.
· Act as the primary point of contact with Inriver, our Inriver implementation partner and third-party vendors for support issues, system upgrades, and new feature implementations.
What do you bring to the table:
· 3+ years of experience managing Product Information Management systems. Experience with Inriver PIM is a plus.
· Proficiency in (Inriver) PIM platform administration, configuration, and workflow management.
· Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
· Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to interact effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
· Good written and verbal English language skills, any second language is a plus
