Key responsibilities:
- During your internship of ideally 4-6 months (starting as soon as possible), you will get the opportunity to make an impact in different exciting initiatives that drive learning culture and people performance at dsm-firmenich by creating and curating fun and meaningful learning courses for our new learning platform, developing traction and engaging a new super learner community, people development and performance management, helping us shape the future of work at dsm-firmenich and create a great employee experience;
- In case you need to complete a school assignment during your internship, you will be able to dedicate 50% of your time to the assignment, and 50% to work in our team;
- You can bring your own strengths to the team, and you get the chance to achieve own learning goals related to our key initiatives;
- You will collaborate with people across the whole company to understand their needs and create a great employee experience for them related to people performance and development.

You Bring
- Currently doing a Bachelor's or Master degree (subscribed to a university in The Netherlands);
- Expertise in Learning & Development, Performance Management, Change Management, Communications, HR Technology / People Analytics are an advantage;
- Connecting to people gives you energy;
- Strong communication skills; Solid project management skills;
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills, design thinking / user centric mindset;
- Digital savvy (HR Technology, Microsoft 365, Adobe Suite is an advantage); Basic skills in data analytics in MS Excel;
- Ability to combine a global and local mindset: Team player with strong collaboration skills;
- Fluent in English, both in writing and verbally.
Location and start date
This full-time traineeship will be based in Maastricht office in the Netherlands, with much flexibility to work from home. We are open to discuss the time commitment in relation to writing your thesis. The ideal start-date is 16 of September 2024, with an internship period of
4-6 months.
