Are you a natural communicator who enjoys connecting with people over the phone, through chat, or via email? Can you keep your cool under pressure and maintain your independence in a fast-paced environment? If you're a proactive thinker who thrives on challenges, read on.
As our team expands, we're seeking a Junior Personal Shipmate to join our ranks. Joining our sales team, you'll have the guidance of our senior Yacht charter expert as you help countless individuals plan their ultimate sailing holiday. Your role will involve providing advice on travel destinations, answering inquiries via email and chat, and helping guests choose the perfect boat for their needs. You'll also create custom quotes when necessary and provide assistance to guests during their holiday.
In close collaboration with Tubber's international partners, strong English language skills are essential. And, of course, proficiency in Dutch is a must. You'll also manage various back-office tasks, including booking entries and document processing.
Requirements
What We're Looking For:
We're seeking an energetic, sociable colleague with a dash of courage. Someone who thrives both in a team and independently. If you're commercially inclined, keep reading:
Key Competencies:

Minimum of MBO-4 level or equivalent

Enthusiasm for watersports (sailing knowledge is a plus)

Commercially oriented and entrepreneurial

Adaptability, especially during peak seasons

Fluent in both Dutch and English (Dutch is essential)

Availability for at least 1 evening per week

Availability for 1 day on weekends
