Tenne T is growing fast to realise its strategic ambitions. We play a leading role in driving the energy transition and we are looking for a Learning, Leadership and Talent Consultant for our headquarters in Arnhem who can help to realize our ambitions. The Learning, Leadership and Talent Consultant will be part of the Center of Expertise in Learning & Development that develops, leads and executes organisation wide programs and topics, such as leadership development, talent management, onboarding, learning, vitality and our corporate trainee program. The team consists of Learning & Development Consultants, Talent Managers, a Business IT Advisor and Support Officers.

Your contribution to Tenne T

Analysing overall development needs and translate these to effective solutions; based on data, stakeholder input and other relevant input.
Developing (in collaboration with external preferred suppliers), leading, and executing development programs and topics for specific target groups with an organisation wide focus.
Delivering high quality products and services while ensuring smooth business implementation together with other HR colleagues, supported by clear processes and IT tooling.
Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to make sure that corporate solutions are an answer to organisation wide topics, enriched with outside in perspectives.
Contributing to the further professionalisation of our department.

Your profile and background

You have successfully completed a bachelor or master degree in the field of HR (Development), Business Economics, Change Management, or Strategy.
You have at least 5 years of experience in a corporate HR Development department of a large organization, preferably international.
You have a proven track record in leading and shaping development programs and topics. Please note that we are not looking for a facilitator or coach. Individual development is provided by our preferred external providers.
You have strong analytical, stakeholder management and project management skills, and execution power to make things fly.
You get your energy from contributing to the next steps in professionalising our department, and you will bring in your expertise and experiences.
You are fluent in English.
You have at least sufficient command of Dutch (minimum level B2) and are willing to become fluent in Dutch in 6 months.

The weekly working time is 32-40 hours;
Type of contract is indefinite;
The salary indication for this role is between €3,879 and €7,660 gross per month based on 40 hours in salary scale 8.
