Maintenance Engineer - Stichd site

Stichd is part of the PUMA Group. Headquartered in the Netherlands ('s-Hertogenbosch), they also have several sales offices in Europe, Asia and South America. This storage and distribution facility is located in Tilburg.
The Flash Pick® system consists of a shuttle warehouse with five aisles and 20 levels and six Pick Center One picking workstations. TGW Warehouse Software is responsible for controlling all processes and four kilometres of conveyors are used for energy-efficient transport.
Main Responsibilities
- You will execute scheduled preventive maintenance tasks
- You resolve complex breakdown situations and actively seek root cause. This includes electrical and mechanical fault finding and rectification
- You attend customer meetings, providing any updates on the automation
- You ensure high levels of housekeeping, never compromise on safety first
- You support the automation to operate at its maximum efficiency and suggest any continuous improvement activities that will increase the reliablity
- You complete all necessary reports, while working in DART and CMMS software platforms
- You coach and mentor apprentices and technicians
- You have at least a MBO-level 3 Engineering diploma with general knowledge of mechanics, electrical and control
- You have an electrical (or equivalent) qualification (minimum MBO-2)
- You have previous experience working in an operational engineering role within a similar environment
- You are skilled in reading electrical drawings
- You have great problem-solving skills and are able to work in a time-critical environment
- You have the ability to build strong working relationships with colleagues and customers
- You like being flexible and work in a 2-shift pattern
- Early shift 06:00 - 14:30
- Late shift 14:00 - 22:30
- A dynamic, open and informal working environment with pleasant colleagues
- Immediate a permanent contract with a market conform salary (14% shift allowance because of the 2 shifts pattern) and 8% holiday allowance
- Travel allowance € 0,23 per kilometre (max. 100 km per day)
- Collective Labor Agreement Metaal en Techniek, Technisch installatiebedrijf applies
- 32 holidays plus extra age days in accordance with the Collective Labor Agreement
