• Over 5 years of experience in Credit Risk Management and Modelling
• A proven track record within Credit Risk
• Excellent verbal and written skills, both in Dutch and English
• Knowledge of business administration and internal policies and external legislation and regulations regarding (credit) risk, legal and compliance
• Knowledge of and experience with the “Three Lines of Defense risk management model”
• Knowledge of (inter)national financial markets and regulators, (inter)national compliance with EBA laws and regulations

• Extensive experience with, and knowledge of risk modelling
• Knowledge of loan origination and credit risk
• Experience in working with frameworks and rules (policy)
• Provide (strategic) advice that focuses on a sustainable risk-reward ratio of the portfolio

• Encourages and empowers your team members to challenge the status quo
• Initiate changes, identify and qualify the risks and implications of credit risk initiatives
• Drives team collaboration and execution by setting clear, ambitious goals, underpinned by the organization's core values
• Regularly reviews team progress, championing core values and focusing on strategic and long-term success

• Demonstrates high risk awareness and decision-making capabilities, excels in stakeholder management, and embodies the organization's core values
• Embraces the organization's values, leading by example to promote a positive, engaging, and results-oriented work environment

Your work environment

We offer

• The gross monthly salary (min. Eur. 6.793 - ma. Eur. 9.704) is based on a 36-hour work week, including vacation pay and benefit budget.A 40-hour work week is also possible. Salary (scale) is based on the knowledge, experience and potential you bring.
• The Benefit Budget is 11% of your salary. The Benefit Budget allows you to acquire additional employment benefits. If you make no purchases or reservations in the Benefit Shop in a given month, you are paid one twelfth of your Benefit Budget that month.
• Five weeks of vacation per year. You have the option to purchase an additional four weeks per year.
• Personal development Budget of € 1,000 per year, which you can accumulate up to € 3,000.
• Possibility to work from home (in consultation with your team).
• An annual public transport pass with free public transportation throughout the Netherlands.
• An excellent pension scheme.
