Dometic is a global market leader in mobile outdoor living. Millions of people around the world use Dometic products during outdoor activities and in professional applications. We are on a continuous growth path and are looking for a Marketplace & Digital B2B specialist to support our Mobile Cooking Sub-segment.
The sub-segment 'Mobile Cooking' (MCK) has recently been established within the Dometic Standalone segment. It is a rename of the company CADAC, acquired in January 2022, and is responsible for the development, marketing and sales of mobile BBQs and related accessories. The Mobile Cooking products are mainly sold in the EMEA region.
This position is with the Dutch Mobile Cooking team in Duiven (close to the German border). You will find a close-knit team of almost 30 colleagues in an open and informal working environment. The teams in the UK, South Africa and China complete the total Mobile Cooking team of approximately 50 people.
We are looking for a Marketplace & Digital B2B Specialist
Your main responsibilities:
- Manage and maximize results on marketplaces
- Analyse market data and competition and identify opportunities
- Set and manage marketplace budgets and targets
- Monitoring, analyzing and optimizing the product range
- Support Sales with opening new online accounts & developing current accounts
- Develop digital Tool Box for Onliners and Omni-channel customers
- Make sure that promotional actions are run omnichannel in a coordinated way
- Pricing monitoring

Who are we looking for?:
- Solid education/university education with a focus on digital marketing, sales or business development or similar is preferred
- English and Dutch – written and spoken fluently, German is a plus
- Experience with market places, especially Amazon
- Experience in doing business with B2B customers (pure e-com and omni-channel)
- Experience in prospecting, opening and managing onliners or omnichannel customers
- Experience in Outdoor/Camping/Overland/4X4 markets and/or sporting goods retailers
