We are hiring an experienced OCM Consultant with 8+ years in guiding digital transformation programs across industries. What You’ll Do
As an OCM Consultant, you’ll be at the forefront of driving transformative change for our global clients, facilitating smooth transitions and maximizing the adoption of new technologies, processes, and ways of working. Working closely with client stakeholders, you will execute impactful OCM strategies and contribute to the development of our OCM practice framework and services portfolio.

What You’ll Do
As an OCM Consultant, you’ll be at the forefront of driving transformative change for our global clients, facilitating smooth transitions and maximizing the adoption of new technologies, processes, and ways of working. Working closely with client stakeholders, you will execute impactful OCM strategies and contribute to the development of our OCM practice framework and services portfolio.
Client Project Contributions (80%)
- Lead and execute OCM activities including change impact assessments, stakeholder analyses, communication planning, and training design/delivery for technology-driven transformations.
- Collaborate with Change Champions and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between business goals and change management initiatives.
- Engage client stakeholders to boost awareness, readiness, and adoption throughout transformation programs.
- Drive business process improvements, ensuring that redesigned processes are effectively integrated, optimized, and embraced by teams.
- Conduct change readiness assessments, identifying potential risks and resistance, and provide actionable insights and mitigation strategies for leadership.
- Drive the Train-the-Trainer programs and develop knowledge-transfer materials to ensure sustained adoption and long-term impact.
- Contribute to the enhancement and evolution of the OCM framework, methodologies, and tools, helping to set a high standard across the practice.
- Assist in creating standardized templates, playbooks, and best-practice guides that can be applied to diverse transformation programs.
- Partner with senior team members to develop new OCM offerings, staying aligned with emerging industry trends and evolving client needs.
- Participate in internal knowledge-sharing sessions to strengthen the skills and capabilities within our OCM consulting practice.
- Skills in Change Metrics and Impact Analysis: Ideal candidates will excel at measuring change impact, managing resistance, and ensuring adoption metrics are met to demonstrate real transformation outcomes.

- Experience: Extensive experience in change management and business process consulting, ideally with a senior role in large-scale transformation projects within the telecommunications or technology sectors.
- Certifications: Advanced certifications such as Prosci, Lean Six Sigma, BPMN, CBPP, or TM Forum Business Process Framework (or equivalent) are highly desirable, demonstrating expertise in change management methodologies and process improvement.
