JD for Workforce Transformation Lead – Onsite
Role Overview:
Delivery Lead responsible for overseeing the transition of services from existing vendors across four IT clusters, driving the consolidation of the teams, rolling out a new operating model, and taking full delivery ownership. Must be a Delivery leader who can ensure seamless service delivery, maintain customer satisfaction, and drive continuous improvement, productivity, and automation. Will also be accountable for managing the P&L, ensuring delivery costs align with account targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Transition Management:
- Lead and manage the transition of services from existing vendors across four IT clusters.
- Ensure a smooth handover process with minimal disruption to ongoing operations.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define transition plans, timelines, and deliverables.
- Team Consolidation and Operating Model Implementation:
- Drive the consolidation of teams from different vendors into a unified delivery structure.
- Design and roll out a new operating model aligned with business objectives and best practices.
- Ensure the new model is adopted across all clusters, with clear roles, responsibilities, and processes.
- Delivery Ownership:
- Take full ownership of delivery outcomes across the four IT clusters.
- Ensure on-time delivery with the required quality, meeting or exceeding customer expectations.
- Monitor and manage delivery performance, identifying and addressing any issues promptly.
- Customer Engagement and Escalation Management:
- Act as the primary point of contact for customer engagements related to delivery.
- Ensure proactive communication with customers, managing expectations and building strong relationships.
- Address and resolve any customer escalations quickly, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Continuous Improvement and Automation:
- Lead initiatives to drive continuous improvement within the delivery teams.
- Implement strategies to improve productivity and operational efficiency.
- Increase the level of automation across processes to reduce manual efforts and drive down costs.
- Financial Management (P&L):
- Manage the P&L for the delivery organization, ensuring alignment with account financial targets.
- Optimize delivery costs while maintaining or improving service quality.
- Provide regular financial reporting and analysis to senior management.
- Proven experience in IT service delivery, including transitioning services from vendors.
- Strong background in team consolidation and operating model implementation.
- Demonstrated ability to manage large, complex delivery portfolios across multiple IT clusters.
- Excellent customer engagement skills, with a track record of managing and resolving escalations.
- Experience in driving continuous improvement, productivity enhancements, and automation initiatives.
- Strong financial acumen, with experience managing delivery P&L and aligning with business targets.
