In your role as a Workforce Growth Specialist (m/f/d), you will...

Job Description

• Ensure applicants are taken care of throughout their application process including conversations, troubleshooting and assuring our applicants are ready for success once they arrive in the hub;
• Ensure applicants receive help when they need it during their application process, resulting in applicants progressing quickly;
• Allowing Flink to realize its core business: pick and deliver groceries fast;
• Engage and help riders throughout their journey at Flink;
• You’re the key player to provide support to and encourage riders and pickers that have applied to work with us, via phone, and email;
• You provide quality reporting to direct stakeholders;
• Represent the Flink culture towards all riders and pickers in the Netherlands, and realize our commitment of providing best in class service.

Qualifications

• Outgoing personality that thrives in communication with applicants;
• Experience in recruitment, human resources, a hospitality role or customer service is a plus;
• Analytical ability to identify and communicate issues to stakeholders;
• Fluent in English and Dutch is a plus;
• Proactive attitude and not afraid to take action;
• You are a team player at heart;
• You are available for 40 hours.
