Principal Programmatic Video Account Executive, Large Customer Sales

Minimum qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

11 years of industry experience in digital advertising, consultative sales, business development, or digital marketing, or 8 years of experience with an advanced degree.

Experience working with advertisers, agencies, or clients.
- Experience with Connected TV/Video (CTV), streaming publishers or other online video options.
Preferred qualifications:
-
Experience building trusted-advisor relationships with C-level executives, and managing multiple projects, business leads, and internal stakeholders.

Experience with Google Ad Solutions and video advertising (AI-powered Performance and Video, CTV), and understanding of competitor landscape across traditional and digital media advertising.

Strong familiarity with online media buying and selling processes and knowledge of DSPs, SSPs, and Ad Exchange.

Ability to develop joint business plans in ambiguous environments, influence/collaborate across organizations.
-
Strong strategic and tactical thinking skills, systems thinking, and the ability to align strategies to deliver customer business outcomes.

Expertise with DV360 and programmatic competitive landscape.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $152,000-$228,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.

Responsibilities
-
Be responsible for growing programmatic video on key Telecom accounts.

Serve as thought leader to clients around evolving video landscape and programmatic opportunities.

Grow and maintain relationships with clients and agency teams to understand their core business objectives. Identify opportunities and deliver solutions that leverage our programmatic media tools to deliver against client CBOs.

Partner closely with Telecom account teams and other specialist teams to develop joint plans and strategies that drive programmatic video investment, and collaborate closely on plan execution.

Have a strong point of view regarding evolving video landscape, the programmatic unification opportunity, and Google's positioning relative to competitors and alternative buying options.
