Within our Business Agriculture we have built up a strong presence in LED lighting to grow a wide variety of crops in both greenhouses as well as fully indoor facilities.

As a Product Manager Intelligent Lighting Solutions you’ll be responsible for an exciting new strategic field in our business. Intelligent Lighting is our next stepping stone on our Growth journey and you will be shaping it! You ‘ll have product management ownership of a new solutions portfolio of intelligent growth lighting that adjusts to a wide variety of external factors with the ultimate goal to improve the business of the grower. We’ll provide you with a great starting point of propositions that you will now bring to life in the heart of our business strategy.

What you’ll do

Creating and executing on a compelling roadmap of solutions to be launched in the next years, underpinned with strong, validated value propositions and business cases
Drive the program to engage with partners that are required to realize the solutions
Execute the product management deliverables of the New Product Development and Launch (NPDL) Process to ensure on time launch of new solutions
You will use a standardized product management approach towards our intelligent lighting solutions, which includes market introduction process, positioning, pricing, phase in/phase out in close alignment with your peers in the product management team

Your qualifications

You are an experienced Product Manager that knows how to run an NPDL/MIP and preferably already have experience with our Signify product management processes/systems.
Experience in building/managing a partner ecosystem
You are creative and have a ‘shaper’ mentality, always on the lookout for new business opportunities in your field of expertise and are quick to assess business potential.
Technology background to be able to act as sparring partner in the development of solutions
You are a strategic thinker with ability to convert strategy into tangible propositions including ensuring clear business models and proofpoints. You should be able to explain how we create the business and how we secure a competitive advantage.
