About the Role
We're looking for a high-energy Product Manager to spearhead the growth of our Wealth Tech solutions. If you have a solid track record in wealth and/or asset management and know what wealth management firms in Europe truly need, this is your chance to make a big impact.

Key responsibilities
- Work closely with sales and potential customers to define, articulate, and prioritize country-specific requirements for the European expansion of Infront Wealth Management
- Work with development teams across Europe, including in Switzerland, Zürich and Lugano, Germany, and the Nordics, to ensure high quality product implementation tailored to each market.
- Act as the public face of Infront, delivering persuasive presentations and representing the product at customer events, trade shows, and internal meetings.
- Be the solution ambassador, championing Infront Wealth management solutions, both towards customers and employees.
- Stay on top of industry trends, regulations, and market conditions affecting wealth management and banking in Europe.
- Collaborate closely with the Wealth Management leadership team in Switzerland, Germany and Denmark and wider product management and technical teams to align and implement strategic priorities.
Who you are
- Proven experience in wealth management and/or asset management industries.
- Deep understanding of European market needs, particularly in Benelux and DACH regions.
- Expertise in translating customer needs and value into clear product solutions and requirements.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with a persuasive public speaking style.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams, especially in software development and sales.
- Knowledge of Wealth Tech, Fin Tech, and Saa S solutions.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple country-specific requirements for European market expansion.
- Familiarity with industry regulations and market trends impacting wealth management and banking in Europe.
- Strong collaboration skills with leadership and technical teams across multiple countries.
- Desire to innovate and drive product development in a fast-growing Fin Tech environment.
