As an Owner you actively engage with your (potential) users to identify opportunities and requirements. You define the value proposition, the product strategy and you prioritise the work for the Data Product Engineering (Dev Ops) team(s). Together with data engineers, analysts and architects you create products that enable IAM to derive value out of data for today’s and tomorrow’s use cases. Your experience with and vision of product management and data solutions is key in realizing this ambition.

You work, together with Data Stewards and other Product Owners, within the new Area IAM Data & Insights. This Area is responsible for providing IAM data and create relevant actionable insights to improve efficiency and effectiveness of our user journeys and to show IAM is in control.

Top responsibilities
- Ensure that the requirements of various stakeholders are prioritized, translated into solutions and ultimately into your product backlog.
- Take the lead in strategic initiatives by setting up a clear Product vision & Roadmap and by presenting this to stakeholders.
- Create relevant actionable insights to improve efficiency and effectiveness of IAM user journeys and to show IAM is in control together with the Dev Ops teams.

You work, together with Data Stewards and other Product Owners, within the new Area IAM Data & Insights. This Area is responsible for providing IAM data and create relevant actionable insights to improve efficiency and effectiveness of our user journeys and to show IAM is in control.
You and your talent
- Strong analytical skills (Academic Technical or Management background).
- At least 3+ years of work experience as Project Manager / Product Owner/ Team Lead in the field of Data & Analytics.
- Knowledge & Experience in the field of Data Insights (Data models, Data infrastructure, Data Visualisation, Data Engineering, Understanding of Cloud tech etc.).
- Experience with establishing a product vision & roadmap to determine priorities and next steps (think first, act later).
- Strong in stakeholder management and communication. Experience with communicating the vision, strategy and findings in presentations to various stakeholders.
- Experience in Agile and Scrum methodologies in developing data-driven products.
- Ability to focus on the solution by continuously being in contact with stakeholders to determine their requirements, pro-actively seeking for ways to improve the solutions and by providing advice on possible solutions to stakeholders. To be considered for this position, you must be located in the Netherlands or elsewhere in the EU and have the legal right to work in the Netherlands. We are unable to consider candidates requiring relocation from another country.
