You and your future
During the Early Career Program at Rabobank you work on your personal and technical development next to your junior position at our bank. The early career program consist of a personal development day once every quarter and a focus on technical improvement. You develop talents you didn’t know you had and you are given the space to discover for yourself what you are good at and what you like. And then? Everything you learn can immediately be put into practice, because from the start you will work in your starter position as a Junior Azure Data Engineer. Under the guidance of experienced colleagues, you will become a specialist in your field in no time.
Working as Azure Data engineer within a squad where business and IT collaborate closely to make a difference in the way Rabobank engages with its customers and to become the driving force behind excellent customer experiences. Together with your squad members you will be responsible to create seamless journeys with Azure technology in the cloud for both our customers and our employees. You will get the opportunity to contribute and work with the newest developments in the market and develop your knowledge and skills to the maximum extent possible.

You will work in the Tribe Treasury where every squad is focussing on the data delivery to our Treasury department
You will work within an international squad with 6-8 engineers with an agile mindset
You will have the opportunity to join a squad with a focus on innovation by Hackathons and to work with the latest and greatest in Azure technology

You and your talent

A bachelor or master degree, or an equivalent working / thinking level
Affinity with software development, and already some experience with Azure Dev Ops
Excellent proficiency in English

This is what we offer you

Gross monthly salary between EUR 3,179 and EUR 4,540 (scale 07) for a 36 hour week.
A 13th month's salary and vacation pay.
An Employee Benefit Budget (10% of your monthly salary). Employees may use this budget at their own discretion, for example, the EBB can be used to buy extra vacation days or to make an additional deposit in your retirement fund. Employees can also opt to have the EBB paid out to them as part of their monthly salary.
A personal budget that you can spend on activities related to your personal development and career.
A combination of working from home and from the office.
