Your contribution to Tenne T

As a Project Lead - Program Advisor you are working within different fields such as project management, change and system engineering.

System Engineering:

You are the coordinator and counterpart to the System Engineering Advisors and system engineering program management to harmonize the approach and way of working across the program and used systems

Change Process:

You will run and continuously improve the process in coordination with the German counterpart
coordinate the interface between involved systems and tools incl. understanding for the programming behind
run analyses and monitor the status quo in the program
interface to reporting tools to steer and control the program
liaise, interface between 2GW database and respective document management software

Project Management:

lead and support complex projects, establishing and maintaining monitoring system on framework level to ensure that progress can be tracked and aggregated on program level
Sharepoint knowledge and coordination, alignment with strategic goals

Your profile and background

Master’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering & Management, or a related field.
At least 5 years of relevant work experience in an international large-scale project organization, including experience as a consultant.
Experience in system engineering, change management and IT applications
Familiarity with large-scale projects, preferably in the energy sector, is a plus.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
High level of proficiency in project management and hadnling interfaces.
Fluent in English and Dutch, both verbal and written; proficiency in German is advantageous.
Active listener, courageous, determined, result-oriented and responsible.

Large Projects Offshore is a key contributor to the energy transition. The Unit is responsible for the current and future development of the offshore grid as a whole and subsequently for the development and realization of the DC interconnectors and the Offshore Wind Farm grid connections in both the German and Dutch sectors of the North Sea.

Additional information

Salary for this position is in grade 9, between € 4.369,- and € 8.594- gross based on a fulltime position
The weekly working time is 40 hours
Type of contract is indefinite with 2 months of probation time
43 vacation days
