Tasks and responsibilities:

• Lead projects through a structured process, from initial Product Management request or concept to achieving stable production, working closely with colleagues in the Engineering, Supply Chain and Production department.
• Define opportunities that will lead to improvements in the company's gross margin in the areas of production, supply chain, logistics, ICT and quality.
• Make weighted decisions, together with stakeholders, on prioritising opportunities and translating them into projects with agreed KPIs.
• Executes projects with a cross-departmental team and reports and delivers results according to agreed KPIs.
• Collaborate with quality and regulatory teams to ensure project compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
• Ensure timely delivery of projects within agreed scope, schedule, and budget.
• Oversee the project team's adherence to project plans and DORC Quality Management System (QMS) procedures.
• Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets, and provide ongoing monitoring and progress reporting.
• Adjust project plans, schedules, and budgets as needed in response to scope changes, with appropriate agreement.

Skills and qualifications:

• Proactive, driven, pragmatic, and resilient.
• Strong analytical skills with an ability to maintain focus on the big picture.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and preferably in Dutch.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field; Master's degree preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years' experience managing multidisciplinary project teams in an R&D environment.
• PMI PMP certification or equivalent is highly desirable.
