Capgemini Engineering is a world leader in innovation and high-tech engineering. We are servicing clients from four practices: Software Engineering, Products & Systems Engineering, Manufacturing & Operations, and Digital Engineering.
Currently we are looking for Project Managers within the Software Engineering practice. This practice focuses on designing, building and deploying next-generation software products across industries, with a product-centric approach, best-in-class delivery methodology and specialized capabilities from embedded, OT and software product engineering teams.
<h2>Your opportunities as Project Manager – Software Engineering at Capgemini Engineering</h2>
We approach Software Engineering solutions from three disciplines: Embedded Software Engineering, Software Product Engineering and Operational Technology Software Engineering. Our Project Managers are expected to have a strong understanding of at least one of these topics. Regardless of the discipline, in this role you will be responsible for:

As you are working closely with our clients, it is important that you can understand their technical environments and challenges. Therefore, we expect you to have experience in managing projects within a high tech environment and that you are familiar with software development processes.
Furthermore, preferably you have knowledge of project management methodologies, such as PMP, IPMA, Agile or SAFe. If not, we will help you obtain the necessary project management diplomas.
