The Opportunity
Outform is seeking a highly organised, self- motivated and tech savvy Project Manager to join our teams in the Netherlands. Outform builds cutting edge interactive displays for today’s retail environments. Working with some of the best-known brands in the world, we design, build, and execute retail marketing programs globally. Above all else, we always “Dare to Innovate”.
Accountabilities:
- Delivering projects on budget on time
- Ensuring projects are managed efficiently and accurately and are reportable in real time
- Ensuring projects are fully compliant with relevant legislation
- Understanding viability of projects and the impact on the wider business
- Identifying, managing and mitigating risks
- Managing stakeholders across the business
- Briefing and overseeing the internal production site in Poland, ensuring adherence to quality, timelines, and budgets.
- Outsourcing prototypes and production when the internal site is busy.
- Driving environmentally friendly and sustainable practices into day to day operations

- Technical knowledge and expertise.
- Experience in project managing the production of permanent POS displays from the engineering/design stage.
- Ability to interpret and scrutinize engineering drawings.
- Experience in managing digital and interactive displays would be an advantage.
- Experience monitoring and controlling budgets.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Good numeracy and analytical skills, with the ability to report progress on projects.
- A can-do attitude, proactive and an innovative mindset.
- The ability to use your initiative and make decisions under pressure.
- Outsourcing prototypes and production when the internal site is busy.
- Managing internal stakeholders.
- Diplomacy and tact.
- Commercial awareness.
Salaris: €4.000,00 - €4.500,00 per maand
