Senior MDM Specialist - FTC - Hybrid

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a global organisation as a Senior Strategist for Master Data and Reference Data Management Development and Implementation on a FTC basis. This is a hybrid role involving occasional travel. You could be based out of UK, Poland, Netherlands or Switzerland. You would be responsible for Comprehensive analysis of the current state of data management, including pain points and requirements for the new MDM/RDM system. Implement Policies and procedures for managing customer data and maintaining the new MDM/RDM system. Produce Technical design and architecture for integrating the new MDM system with existing enterprise systems.
Skills:
  • Atleast 7+ years of experience in Master Data Management, with expertise in designing and implementing MDM and RDM systems from scratch.
  • Atleast 7+ years of experience in developing MDM strategies and governance frameworks for large organizations.
  • Should have a Strong knowledge of customer data governance, data quality frameworks, and harmonization methodologies.
  • Should be able to do Comprehensive analysis of the current state of data management, including pain points and requirements for the new MDM/RDM system.
  • Having very good experience with MDM tools and CRM/ERP systems.
  • Should be familiar with data privacy and compliance requirements.
  • Should be able to Produce MDM and RDM Strategy/Document outlining the approach to implement the new system, including data governance and golden record creation.
  • Should be able to produce a USE Case Documentation providing Detailed descriptions of relevant USE cases for MDM and RDM.
  • Having experience in producing Tool Evaluation Report providing Recommendations for the MDM/RDM platform(s), with a detailed analysis of the selected tools.
  • Experience in an Implementation and Migration Plan (A detailed step-by-step guide for migrating data into the new system, testing, and validating results0
  • Experience in producing Training Materials and Change Management Plan and ensuring organization-wide adoption of the new system.
  • Should be able to produce a comprehensive summary of all work completed, including recommendations for ongoing management and governance of the MDM/RDM system.
  • Having excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
