In this role, you will:

• Design, build, and maintain endpoint management tools, automations to connect them to other systems, and reporting to describe endpoint state
• Collaborate with the wider Security team as a subject matter expert on mac OS behaviors and configurations
• Contribute to efforts to improve Samsara's Enterprise Security posture, including managing various security-related Saa S platforms
• Work closely with the Business Technology team to handle higher-level escalations and respond to trending problems
• Champion, role model, and embed Samsara's cultural principles (Focus on Customer Success, Build for the Long Term, Adopt a Growth Mindset, Be Inclusive, Win as a Team) as we scale globally and across new offices

• 5+ years of experience managing a distributed fleet of mac OS devices
• In-depth understanding of the mac OS operating system, mobile device management tools, and Munki
• Proven experience independently leading requirements assessments and project implementation
• Familiarity with Linux and Windows management tools and techniques
• Proficiency with Python, bash, and Powershell scripting
• Ability to work with diverse and distributed teams to accomplish asynchronous work

• Exceptional understanding of Zero Trust / Device Trust concepts
• A history of collaborating with Security, Dev Ops, and Engineering teams
• Experience managing Ubuntu Linux and Chrome OS devices
• Experience working with Git Ops workflows and Terraform
