What will your role be?

The role of a Software Test Engineer is to coordinate the process for analysing software applications. This process will involve creating and implementing automatic testing methods, recording the test results, and providing recommendations to improve software programs based on the results. Within Medis, the Software Test Engineer needs to ensure that the portfolio of products is tested continuously in an efficient and automated way, capture evidence of test coverage according to regulatory standards, and ensure that Medis software test process is compliant with applicable standards and regulations. All Medis products need to be tested for compliance with the functional requirements.

The profile we are looking for:

The profile we are looking for:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, in engineering or computer science or a related field.
• Knowledge of and experience with modern software development methodologies (e.g. Agile, Scrum).
• Over 3 years of experience with test methods and test automation.
• Proven skills and experience in API testing and scripting is a must.
• Experience in test automation tools like Cypress, Selenium, etc.
• Experience in test automation for e.g. React, Angular.
• Experience in setting up automation pipelines (Jenkins, etc).
• Experience with CI/CD, Dev Ops, AWS, Bitbucket and Jira is a plus.
• Experience with test activities for medical devices is a plus.
