Company Overview:
Food Box Catering specializes in providing quality meals to various establishments, ensuring a delightful culinary experience for all customers. We are currently seeking a talented and passionate Chef to join our team at our construction site in Winschoten, where we serve approximately 500 people daily.
Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook delicious meals in accordance with specified recipes and dietary requirements.
Manage food inventory and ensure adequate stock levels.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen area.
Coordinate with the catering team to ensure efficient service delivery.
Adhere to all food safety regulations and guidelines.
Stocking management
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Chef, preferably in a catering or similar environment.
Proficiency in cooking various cuisines and adapting recipes for large-scale production.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
