Customer Fulfilment (CFF) is crucial for IKEA’s multichannel retailing. CFF is a process-oriented organization that works across functions to ensure business development and results.

What will you do?

• Ensuring fulfilment: Overseeing fulfilment on the market with a focus on quality execution.
• Sourcing development: Developing and implementing long-term sourcing strategies using innovative and cost-effective methods.
• Market intelligence: Building market intelligence and developing a pool of potential service partners for long-term growth.
• Leadership: Leading and developing the Strategic Sourcing function, ensuring competence building, succession planning, and diversity.
• Purchasing: Managing purchase decisions, quality, and cost opportunities.
• Global Sourcing Process: Implementing the Global Sourcing Process and managing contracts to ensure compliance.
• Collaboration: Ensuring the Strategic Sourcing function is integrated with stakeholders and processes.
• Communication: Maintaining effective information flow and communication.
• Innovation: Promoting entrepreneurial orientation and innovation within IKEA.
• Sustainability: Including the Customer Fulfilment Sustainability Agenda in all strategic sourcing activities.

'- Experience: 4-6 years in management (preferably in distribution, retail, logistics, etc.)

• Contract Management: Strong experience in contract management, business development, or key account management
• Collaboration: Strong relationship-building, communication, and negotiation skills
• Leadership: Proficient in various leadership styles, stakeholder management, coaching, and mentoring
• Project Management: Proven success in leading projects at national or market level within a matrix organization
• Goal-Oriented: Focused on exceeding goals and driving continuous improvement
• Financial Acumen: Strong financial skills and understanding of network impact
• IT Knowledge: Familiarity with IT solutions for service fulfilment sourcing
• Regulatory Knowledge: Understanding of transport and services industry regulations
• Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and numerical abilities
• Language: Fluent in English, both written and verbal

Benefits:
- The salary indication of this role gross a year including holiday and 13th month is between €85.285,- and €105.744,- depending on experience.

• A 13th month and 8% holiday pay. These will be paid out in December and May as standard, but you can also choose to receive them monthly.
