Role Summary:

As a Tagetik Systems Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the Tagetik system, ensuring its optimal performance, and enhancing its capabilities to meet the financial reporting needs of the organization. This position requires a deep understanding of financial software systems and a proactive approach to improving business efficiency and user experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the management, maintenance, and optimization of the Tagetik system, ensuring high performance and reliability.
• Work closely with various departments to understand their financial reporting and planning requirements, configuring the Tagetik system to meet these needs.
• Develop and implement best practices for system usage, data integration, and reporting processes.
• Provide training and support to internal users to maximize their efficiency and effectiveness with the Tagetik system.
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure data integrity and system availability.
• Collaborate with Tagetik support and other third-party vendors to enhance system capabilities and resolve technical issues.
• Stay current with the latest Tagetik updates and industry trends to continuously improve system functionality.

Candidate Profile:

• Proven experience as a Tagetik Systems Manager or similar role in financial systems management.
• In-depth understanding of financial reporting, budgeting, and planning processes.
• Strong technical expertise in managing and configuring Tagetik software.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Fluency in English is required; Dutch language skills are a plus.
